Our Affiliate Program - Signing Up
Thank you for choosing to be part of our affiliate program.
You may advertise on as many websites as you own, any link websites (eg, free for all links), any search engines, or any mailing lists (however, refer spam policy below).
CONDITIONS.
1)
SPAM
The KeyGhost trademark is not to be used in any sort of spam. We do not
support spam advertising and will not be associated with it. Your account
will immediately be deleted and you will forfeit ALL of your unpaid earnings.
2) COMMISSIONS
a) We reserve the right to change our affiliate commission rate (currently
10%) at any time. You will, however, be advised by email at least 1 month
prior to any changes.
b) The maximum commission payable on any referred customer's order is
$200NZD approx US$100.
c) You will receive a cheque for your earnings every six months. However,
if earnings are less than NZ$50 approx US$25,
then your earnings will be carried forward to the next 6 month period.
No payments will be made until that amount has been reached. Commission
on credit card transactions found to be fraudulent will be deducted.
d) Due to the nature of our ordering system, commissions are only earned
by an affiliate when a referred customer uses a credit card to purchase
directly via our website.*
3) CANCELLATION
OF AGREEMENT
Either party may cancel this agreement at any time. Any payments due to
you will be sent (as above), unless the agreement was canceled due to
our spam policy or if you fail to meet your obligations
under this contract.
4) GRAPHICS
You may use the graphics supplied by KeyGhost Ltd. These graphics must
remain 'as is' and may not be altered without written permission of KeyGhost
Ltd. You may also create text only links. We will supply information on
how to do this to you once you have been accepted into the affiliate program.
We do welcome suggestions of improvement, and other graphics which you
would like to see us use are also welcome. We will need to approve them
first (which shouldn't be a problem).
5) INTERNATIONAL
AFFILIATES
International websites are welcome to participate in the Interface Security
Affiliate Program. Commissions are paid twice per year (6 monthly), and
by a New Zealand cheque (check) in New Zealand dollars.
6) PRIVACY
When you become a registered affiliate of this website, the below personal
information will be collected from you. This information is collected
for the purpose of managing your account and is for internal use only.

* Commission is only paid on Online Credit Card transactions generated by a customer referred from the affiliate website. Cookies are used to mark and monitor the customers origin. If cookies have been deleted or disabled, affiliate data will be lost, KeyGhost Ltd accepts no liability for losses that may occur.
